Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Hot Berry

My goodness me. I am wearing a bright and loving it! (Insert many heart emojis!)

Bobbi Brown Art Sticks are something I urge everyone to get into.

It's a great multi-tasker - lipstick and liner in one chunky bullet that when applied leaves a perfect long-lasting matte finish. The inclusion of shea butter within the formula stops them from drawing too much moisture from the lips and further adds to their appeal.

It used to be that the Shimmerbrick was the hero product in the brand range but I really think these lip crayons deserve to wear that crown. They are superb. I have Rose Brown and Sunset Orange and now, Hot Berry.

This is an electric shade and although it's framed as a berry I think it translates more as a bright in-yer-face pink.

I LOVE it. It reminds me a little of colours like MAC's Candy Yum Yum but the yellow tone is toned down in Hot Berry and for me that equates to a much prettier and wearable shade.

There are two other Art Sticks in the Hot Collection and Hot Orange will have to be acquired after seeing it on Ruth in her and Caroline's recent round-up video. They are out in the UAE from the 15th April and have probably been out in the UK and everywhere else for ages. You don't know how lucky you are :)

Now on the rest of my face:

Foundation: By Terry Sheer Expert - I have begun to really love this product and have had a few compliments on my skin since wearing it. I wear Vanilla Beige. The only thing is that you need to set it a little bit with powder but once you have done that your skin will look "naturally" pretty.
Cheeks: Clinique Sculptionary blush in Defining Pinks
Brows: Anastasia Brow Wiz in Caramel
Eyes: Not that you can see but Buck from Urban Decay Naked palette and lashes on the outer corner are Eylure 143….still wearing them every day :)
Jacket: Zara - it looks dull on the website but I think it's amazing in real life! - Link! Probably and OOTD tomorrow… :)

Have you tried the Art Sticks yet? If not then add it to your To Do list for this Easter :) And if you have any other shade recommendations from this range please let me know!

Happy Friday!

  6. I have Hot Berry, Hot Orange, Sunset Orange, and Cassis. I love that the brights can be sheered out over a lip balm and they last just as long.
